Meet Cheyenne

Hi, I’m Cheyenne! 👋 I’m a young professional working from home in Woodside, Queens. I have been pet sitting professionally for ~8 years. (Read my reviews below!) Your pet’s wellbeing is my #1 priority. I always send photos and updates throughout their visit so you have peace of mind while you’re away.

I grew up with pet professional parents - dog groomers of 20 years - so I am very familiar with taking care of animals. We’ve always had a family dog at home!

My work schedule is flexible with occasional virtual meetings, so my attention will be entirely on your pet! I live with my partner and a roommate, so your pet will get lots of love and affection!

My adopted angel Scruffy who we loved for 11 years until she crossed the rainbow bridge.

How to Book 📆

1. Send me a text or email with the dates you are requesting and the service that you need. Please use the calendar to check my availability first! This calendar is updated every 2 weeks.
2. I will reply to set up a meet and greet if this is your first booking. This is to make sure your fur baby feels comfortable with me, and so we can go over any details that I need to know to make your pet’s stay is the best it can be!
3. If it’s a good fit, I will send a confirmation text/email to lock in your dates. Your booking is not confirmed until you receive this message!

Booking Policies

• 50% of the total cost must be paid upon booking confirmation. Remaining payment after service is rendered.
  • Bookings made within 24 hours of visit must be paid 100% up front.
  • Payment through Venmo, PayPal, Zelle, or Cash.
• Pick up / drop off policy -
  • Within Woodside/Sunnyside, I am able to offer free pickup.
  • Any neighborhoods outside of Woodside/Sunnyside must drop their pet off with me.
    • If you are unable to drop off your pet, I can come pick up for additional $15.
  • Additional charges will incur for the following -
    • If pickup time is more than 2-8 hours later than drop off time on the first day, additional amount that is 50% of nightly rate is required.
    • If extended care is more than 8 additional hours, an additional amount that is 100% of nightly rate is required.
• Cancellation policy -
  • Pooch sleepover/House sitting: Free cancellation with refund up to 48 hours before booking. If you cancel within 48 hours of your booking, the 50% of the total cost will NOT be refunded.
  • Drop in visit: Free cancellation with refund 24 hours before booking. The 50% of the total cost will NOT be refunded for same day cancellation.

What I love to know about your pets 💡

• General info about your pet: breed, age, photos!
• What is their eating and bathroom routine?
• Does your pet get along with other animals/pets?
• How long can they be left alone? Are they crate trained?
• Do they have any triggers (wheels, skateboards, loud noises, etc), and do they do well with other dogs and new people?
• If your pet has any special needs and routines they need to be accommodated for, or if there are any foods that they should NOT eat.
• I have a lot of stuffed toys and pillows, so if they are teething or have habits of chewing, I will be sure they only chew their toys or the dog toys I have!
• Let me know if you are working on any training or discipline with your pets so I can continue their routines when they're with me. I'd love to practice their tricks with them!

What to pack in your pet’s sleepover bag:

• Enough food for the duration of the visit

• A few of your pet’s favorite treats and toys

• Their bed or blankets to sleep on

• Their food bowl

• Medication (if they take any!)

• Proof of Insurance
